With over 19 years of experience in the IT industry, my career is fueled by a deep passion for technology and an unwavering commitment to excellence. I began as a Telecom Engineer and quickly transitioned into Networking and Systems Administration, gaining experience with industry-leading brands such as Cisco, Juniper, Barracuda, and Palo Alto.

My expertise spans a broad range of technologies, including Asterisk-based VOIP, VMware virtualization, and server management. Over the past six years, I have specialized in Cybersecurity, Cloud computing, and DevOps, focusing on safeguarding organizations from emerging threats and optimizing IT infrastructure.

Before relocating to Australia in 2019, I served as a Solution Architect and CTO in Bangladesh, where I played a pivotal role in shaping IT strategies. Currently, I hold dual roles as Head of IT Operations and Head of Technical Operations for two companies under one management, overseeing Managed IT, Network, Infrastructure, and Cybersecurity solutions, as well as end-to-end SAED and wireless builds for major telecom providers.
